How do I open an account?

To open an account:

  1. Download an account opening form and fill in your company details.
  2. Download the Nexus terms & conditions of rental and sign the document.
  3. Return the signed Account Opening Form and Terms & Conditions by post or BY FAX to the address or number at the bottom of the page.
  4. Include a copy of your company's letter headed notepaper.
  5. Include a copy of your company's fleet insurance document for COI insurance cover.

Your account manager will then contact you with your:

  1. Personalised account reference number for immediate booking access.
  2. All-inclusive vehicle rental tariff.
  3. Individual and secure username and password to use IRIS for any requirement.
